Ok to place system near / under current laundry chute which will be a duct chase for second floor.
May be able to hit 3rd floor Den area from 2nd floor. The 3rd floor bedroom is going to be a challenge due to how the joists are layed out but not much of a concern.
Perhaps no duct to 1st floor bathroom.
Move duct in kitchen near door
Move duct in foyer near door.
